Direction and integration
of water and energy projects

EXERGÍA directs studies, MEP design and regulatory management before CFE and CONAGUA for residential, tourism-hospitality, industrial and urban projects, coordinating specialists, contractors and supply allies under a single technical accountability.

The disciplines EXERGÍA integrates on site

Every installation in an MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) project is designed, executed and handed over under one technical direction.

What EXERGÍA does

A value-engineering practice for water, energy and installations

EXERGÍA Ingeniería SC directs and integrates water and energy infrastructure projects and the MEP installations (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) that connect them, in Los Cabos and across Baja California Sur.

Its scope covers the full project cycle: feasibility study, pre-project, executed project, regulatory permitting before CFE and CONAGUA, electromechanical site direction, commissioning and documented technical closeout.

Every project runs under one technical direction, coordinating the specialists, contractors and supply allies the scope requires — so the client has a single party accountable for the result.

01

Design and engineering

Calculation memos, single-line diagrams, load schedules and hydraulic and electrical sizing under CFE specification, CONAGUA standards and applicable Mexican official standards (NOM).

02

Regulatory permitting

CFE procedures (SIGLA V2, SISPROTER, DEPRORED), CONAGUA concessions and coordination with the local water utility and municipal authorities.

03

Site direction

Contract administration of subcontractors, quantities and unit prices, electromechanical supervision and commissioning.

04

Integration of specialties

Coordination of cross-engineering and supply — BIM, submetering, power quality — on a single project model.

Specialties

Sectors

Project types served

01

Residential

Subdivisions, condominiums and homes: service connections, internal water and power networks, MEP installations and supply permitting.

02

Tourism-hospitality

Hotels and developments along the Los Cabos corridor: substations, desalination, water treatment, HVAC and supply continuity.

03

Industrial

Plants and warehouses: medium voltage, power quality, microgrids with storage and scheduled electrical maintenance.

04

Urban

Public and urbanization infrastructure: distribution networks, sanitary and storm drainage, street lighting and agency permitting.

Problems we solve

If this sounds familiar, there is a clear path

Before executing, we define technical, financial and regulatory viability.

Stalled CFE / CONAGUA procedures

Applications left unresolved due to a lack of prior technical diagnosis.

A project with no execution path

Investment decisions made without a feasibility study to support them.

No single technical lead

Scattered contractors with no direction integrating water, energy and regulation.

How we work

Diagnosis, strategy, execution and follow-up

One technical lead from project start to close.

01

Diagnosis

Technical, regulatory and feasibility site assessment.

02

Strategy

Scope, sizing and regulatory path defined.

03

Execution

Project direction and integration of specialized contractors.

04

Follow-up

Commissioning, procedures and documented technical closeout.
