A turning point for value engineering in BCS
EXERGÍA was created in February 2026 as a turning point: a proposal to integrate suppliers, alliances and continuous improvement of value engineering for the Baja California Sur region, ahead of the imminent water and energy challenges that public and private society will face in the short, medium and long term.
It is led by José Ramón Valencia Bernabe — Energy Engineer, professional license (cédula) 11033164, with 10 years of experience in MEP installations and water & energy infrastructure, 8 of them with a regional focus in BCS. Under his technical direction, EXERGÍA coordinates specialists, contractors and supply allies (electrical, hydraulic, MEP, BIM, financial) to give every project a holistic, integrated approach.
